Where will my driver meet me for an airport pick-up?
Your driver will meet you at the car park nearest to the terminal at which you land. Meet-and-greet option is available on the booking form - If you select this option the driver will meet you right outside the terminal security doors upon your exit to help with your luggage back to the vehicle.
How do I choose the right vehicle for luggage?
Check the booking form for each vehicle’s clearly listed passenger and luggage capacities. If you’re carrying bulky or extra items (e.g., golf clubs, instruments, trade kit), consider choosing the next size up. If you’re still unsure, contact us and we’ll recommend the best vehicle for your needs.
How can I pay for my booking?
You can choose your preferred payment method during the booking process.

Online card payment (recommended): Pay securely during booking using debit or credit card. Online payments are processed safely via Stripe.

Payment link: If selected, we’ll send a secure payment link to the email address or WhatsApp number provided at booking.

Cash: Cash payments must be made in full at the time of the first pick-up and cover all aspects of the journey.
