Are tunnel/airport fees included in the fare?
Yes—all fees for airport drop-off/pick-up, tunnels & bridges are included in our fixed fare. Exceptions: London Clean Air Zone (e.g., ULEZ) and the M6 Toll road are not included. If you’d like us to use the M6 Toll, additional fees apply and will be shown at booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking after it’s confirmed?
We offer flexible cancellations depending on notice period and service type.
Cancellations: 48+ hours’ notice = full refund. <48 hours = 25% fee.
Meet & Greet (add-on): Will be refunded in full and does not form part of the 25% chargable fee for cancellations!
