Pick-Up Rules & Meeting Points (T2)

Use the T2 Short Stay Car Park for collections. Tariff: £5.40 up to 30 minutes. Follow signs to Level 1 (Pick-Up area).
No pick-ups allowed in forecourt Drop-Off lanes.

(T3)

Head to the T3 Short Stay Car Park. Charges start at £5.40 for 30 minutes.
Forecourt Drop-Off lanes are drop-off only.

(T4)

Collections are at the T4 Short Stay Car Park, Level 1. Tariff: £5.40 up to 30 minutes.
Forecourt Drop-Off is strictly for departures only.

(T5)

At T5, use the Short Stay Car Park, Level 1. Charges: £5.40 for 30 minutes.
Forecourt Drop-Off is drop-off only with ANPR enforcement.

Meet & Greet (Optional Add-On)

Book Meet & Greet for an in-terminal collection at Arrivals exit. Driver displays a name sign and assists with luggage.
This is a paid add-on available when selected at booking.

Drop-Off & Parking Charges

Heathrow forecourt Drop-Off zones: £5 per entry. Pay online/by phone by midnight the next day.
Blue Badge holders can apply for exemptions.
Short Stay Car Parks start from £5.40 / 30 mins.

Flight Monitoring & Pick-Up Timing

We monitor Heathrow flights live. If early or delayed, collection adjusts. After landing, you’ll receive a message confirming the meeting point (e.g., “T3 Arrivals, Short Stay Level 1”).
Do not enter car parks before receiving the message.

Arrivals Flow (Quick Checklist)

1. Turn off flight mode and connect to Wi-Fi.
2. Follow terminal signs to Short Stay pick-up level.
3. Wait for our message with your meeting point.
4. Pay Drop-Off/Short Stay fees before exit.
5. Delayed at baggage? Reply so timing adjusts.

Stay at your terminal’s signed meeting point. Reply to our message with your exact location. We’ll guide you to the car — no need to wander.
