Collections at Manchester Airport are made from the Short Stay / Meet & Greet car parks beside each terminal’s Arrivals level. Your driver will confirm the exact bay on arrival. If you selected Meet & Greet, they will meet you just outside the terminal security doors with a nameboard.

Where does my driver meet me at Terminal 1?
Use the T1 Short Stay multi-storey for collections. Tariff: £6.40 up to 30 minutes. Pay at the barrier (card/cash). Postcode: M90 3EX.
No pick-ups in the forecourt Drop-Off lanes (£100 fine for misuse).
Where does my driver meet me at Terminal 2?
Follow signs to P3 for the T2 Pick Up zone. Tariff: £6.40 up to 15 minutes (online payment by midnight, barrierless). Postcode: M90 5PR.
Forecourt Drop-Off is drop-off only; no collections allowed.
Where does my driver meet me at Terminal 3?
Use the signed T3 Pick Up zone next to the terminal. Tariffs: £6.40 up to 15 minutes, £8.30 up to 30 minutes. Pay at the barrier. Postcode: M90 1NN.
Forecourt Drop-Off is drop-off only.
Meet & Greet (optional add-on)
Book Meet & Greet to be met at Arrivals with a name sign. Your driver escorts you directly to the vehicle.
This is a paid add-on, only if selected when booking.
Drop-off options & charges
Forecourt Drop Off: £5 up to 5 mins · £6.40 up to 10 mins · £25 up to 30 mins. Pay online by midnight (barrierless). Misuse fines: £100 (reduced to £60 if early payment).
Blue Badge holders: free forecourt access if badge shown to marshals.
Free Drop-Off: JetParks 1 (M90 5AZ), 24/7 shuttle bus to terminals.
Arrivals flow (quick checklist)
- Turn off flight mode & connect to Wi-Fi.
- Follow signs to T1, T2 or T3 pick-up zones.
- Wait for our message with exact meeting point.
- If using Drop-Off, pay online by midnight.
- Running late? Reply to driver message so timing adjusts.
