North Terminal pick-ups

Standard pick-ups take place in the Short Stay car park beside the North Terminal. Your chauffeur will confirm the level/zone once parked and message you when the vehicle is in position. After baggage reclaim, follow signs for Short Stay (North) and wait at the agreed bay for loading.

South Terminal pick-ups

At the South Terminal, standard pick-ups are in the adjacent Short Stay car park. We’ll confirm the meeting bay when parked. For groups or extra luggage, tell us in advance so we can position the best bay for loading.

Meet & Greet (optional add-on)

Prefer to be met at the terminal doors? Select our Meet & Greet add-on at booking. Your chauffeur will track your flight, meet you just outside the terminal security doors, assist with baggage, and escort you to the vehicle. (Meet & Greet is a paid add-on available only if selected at booking.)

Forecourt drop-off charges

Minimum charge: £7 to use the designated drop-off zones at both terminals. You must pay by midnight the day after your drop-off or a Parking Charge Notice may apply. Payment is online or via autopay.

Short Stay parking tariffs

Typical roll-up Short Stay prices (pay-on-exit):

Up to 30 mins: £7 · 31–60 mins: £10 · 1–2 hrs: £15.50 · 2–3 hrs: £19.50 · 3–4 hrs: £23.50 · 4–5 hrs: £27.50 · 5–6 hrs: £31 · 6–12 hrs: £50 · 12–24 hrs: £60 (then £60/day). Booking in advance is usually cheaper.

Free alternative: Long Stay pick-up

The Long Stay car parks offer a free 2-hour period with a terminal shuttle. Useful if you need extra time and wish to avoid Short Stay/forecourt fees.

Arrivals flow — quick checklist

Keep your phone on after landing → Confirm your terminal/belt → Exit to landside when ready → Head to Short Stay (agreed level/zone) → Wait at the bay your chauffeur messages.

Can’t find your driver?

Stay at the agreed meeting point and call/text the number in your booking confirmation. We’ll re-confirm the exact bay and level and guide you in.

We currently operate a fleet of premium saloon cars, estates, and people carriers, which are not wheelchair-adapted vehicles. However, we welcome all accessibility-related enquiries and will do our utmost to accommodate specific requirements wherever possible — including liaising with partner operators when necessary — to ensure your journey is as comfortable and convenient as we can make it. We encourage customers to contact us before booking to discuss any special arrangements needed.
