Yes—multi-stop routes are fine (e.g., collecting a colleague in Liscard or dropping items in New Brighton). All pick-up or drop-off addresses must be added at the time of booking so the system can calculate the correct cost. Each additional stop is priced per address.
Are tunnel tolls and airport parking included in the fare?
Yes—all fees for airport drop-off/pickup, tunnels & bridges are included in our fixed fare. Exceptions: London Clean Air Zone (e.g., ULEZ) and the M6 Toll road are not included. If you’d like us to use the M6 Toll, or you are travelling into the London clean air zone additional fees apply and are payable to the driver at the time of your journey.
Can I change or cancel my booking after it’s confirmed?
We offer flexible cancellations depending on notice period and service type.
Cancellations: 48+ hours’ notice = full refund. <48 hours = 25% fee.
Meet & Greet (add-on): Will be refunded in full and does not form part of the 25% chargable fee for cancellations!
